Refund and cancellation policy

DreamBrew is a trading name of TEAM DREAM LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15982899), registered office: Seven Grange Lane, Pitsford, Northampton, NN6 9AP, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@dreambrew.com.

This policy explains your refund and cancellation rights for one-time orders, subscriptions and pre-orders. It sits alongside your statutory rights and doesn't take them away.


Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason — no justification needed.

To cancel, email us at hello@dreambrew.com with your order number, or use the contact form. We'll confirm cancellation and start your refund within one business day.

You then have a further 14 days to return any unopened cans to us. Once we receive them, we'll refund what you paid (including the original outbound shipping at our standard rate) within 14 days. Return shipping is your responsibility.

We can't refund cans that have been opened or consumed — food products are excluded from the standard return right once their seal is broken. This doesn't affect your right to a refund if a product was faulty or not as described.


Faulty or damaged product

If anything's wrong with what you receive — damaged in transit, faulty seal, off taste, anything — email hello@dreambrew.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund. You don't need to return the product unless we ask.

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Subscription cancellation

Your subscription auto-renews on the billing date shown in your account. You can pause, skip a delivery, change frequency, change flavour, or cancel at any time from your DreamBrew account at dreambrew.com/account → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription.

  • No phone calls.
  • No retention quizzes.
  • No hoops.
  • Confirmation email arrives within minutes.

If your subscription is cancelled before the next billing date, you won't be charged again. If you can't access your account, email hello@dreambrew.com and we'll cancel it within one business day.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any orders already dispatched will arrive as normal.

We'll email you a reminder before each renewal, and at least 30 days before any price change — you can cancel before the new price applies.


Pre-order cancellation

Pre-order products are charged at the time you place your order. The first batch of DreamBrew ships in August 2026.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email hello@dreambrew.com with your order number.

If we can't ship by the date stated on the product page, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund — your choice.

This is separate from (and on top of) the 14-day right above.


How and when refunds are paid out

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of approval. The money reaches your card or bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't received it, email hello@dreambrew.com and we'll chase it.


What you can't return

  • Cans that have been opened or consumed (food safety).
  • Sale or promotional items marked non-refundable at point of purchase (this will be made clear before you buy).
  • Free gifts included in promotions — they don't generate refund value.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email hello@dreambrew.com — we'll try to resolve it within 5 business days.
  2. If you're still unhappy, UK customers can contact Citizens Advice consumer service or Trading Standards via the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or our operations. We'll publish the change date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.
