Offer terms

These terms apply to the current DreamBrew launch offer ("the Offer") shown on dreambrew.com. By placing an order under the Offer you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

The Offer

When you subscribe to a DreamBrew autoship plan (Starter Stack 12 cans or Dream Stack 24 cans), you get:

Up to 30% off the one-time can price. The exact discount depends on the plan you choose (Starter Stack: 20% off; Dream Stack: 30% off).
Four free welcome gifts with your first delivery (Dream Stack plan only): Free SimonAI access, Free UK Event Ticket, Free Focus Kit, Free Live Webinar.

The Starter Stack plan includes two free gifts (SimonAI access and Focus Kit).

Promotion period

The Offer runs while pre-order stocks last. We're producing a limited first batch — once allocations for that batch are full, the Offer closes for new subscribers until the next batch.

We may close the Offer earlier without notice; we may also extend it. Orders accepted while the Offer is live remain valid even if the Offer subsequently closes.

Free gift terms

Free SimonAI access

12 months' access to SimonAI from the date your first DreamBrew order is dispatched.
Accessed via a unique link emailed to you after dispatch.
Non-transferable, no cash alternative.
Subject to SimonAI's own terms of use.

Free UK Event Ticket

One ticket to the next eligible DreamBrew / HelpBnk UK event.
Subject to event date, venue capacity and availability. Event details will be confirmed by email once the event is scheduled.
Non-transferable, no cash alternative.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
If we have to cancel the event, we'll offer either a ticket to a future event or no replacement (your choice) — the discount on your subscription is not affected.

Free Focus Kit

Digital toolkit delivered by email once your first order is dispatched.
Includes planning, productivity and goal-setting templates.
Non-transferable, no cash alternative.

Free Live Webinar

One seat at the next scheduled DreamBrew / HelpBnk live webinar.
Delivered online. Joining link sent by email.
Recorded session shared with attendees afterwards.
Non-transferable, no cash alternative.

Eligibility

The Offer is available to:

New DreamBrew subscribers only (one Offer per customer).
UK and EU shipping addresses.
Customers aged 16 or over.

We reserve the right to refuse the Offer or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, multiple accounts, or other abuse.

Discounted price and reference prices

The discount is calculated against the one-time purchase price of the equivalent product:

Starter Stack (12-pack autoship): £19.99 every 4 weeks vs £24.99 one-time = 20% off.
Dream Stack (24-pack autoship): £34.99 every 4 weeks vs £49.98 one-time = 30% off.

Both one-time prices are real Shopify-configured prices that have been (and remain) available to consumers as standalone purchases. If you want a one-time order, you can buy at the reference price without the Offer at any time.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping shown at checkout.

Refunds and the free gifts

If you cancel your subscription before the second delivery and use your 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

We refund what you paid for the product itself.
Digital gifts (SimonAI access, Focus Kit, Webinar) remain yours.
Physical-event tickets (UK Event Ticket) are revoked if the event hasn't yet happened.

Free gifts carry no cash value and don't generate refund value if you return the product.

Changes to these Offer terms

We may update these terms while the Offer is live, but only in ways that don't reduce what you've already been promised at the point of order. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email.
