Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of dreambrew.com and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

This website and the DreamBrew brand are operated by TEAM DREAM LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as DreamBrew.

  • Registered company name: TEAM DREAM LIMITED
  • Company number: 15982899 (incorporated 27 September 2024)
  • Registered address: Seven Grange Lane, Pitsford, Northampton, NN6 9AP, United Kingdom
  • Trading name: DreamBrew
  • Contact: hello@dreambrew.com

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TEAM DREAM LIMITED. "You" and "your" mean the person placing the order. "Products" means the DreamBrew goods (currently canned iced coffee) offered for sale on dreambrew.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm you are 16 or older.

DreamBrew contains a high amount of caffeine. The label carries the statutory warning: "High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women." Please respect that warning.

3. The product

DreamBrew is a ready-to-drink coffee beverage manufactured in Poland by Bretton Foods Sp. z o.o. and distributed in the UK by TEAM DREAM LIMITED (trading as DreamBrew). Full ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, country of origin and caffeine content are shown on the product page and on each can.

Allergen notice: contains milk.

4. Placing an order

You place an order by selecting a product, choosing a plan (one-time, Starter Stack or Dream Stack subscription) and completing checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed at that point.

We may decline an order at our discretion — for example if the product is no longer available, if we suspect fraud, or if the order is to a country we don't ship to.

Prices on the site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Pre-orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders. The product page will state the expected dispatch date.

When you place a pre-order:

  • Your card is charged today, at the point of order.
  • The product is dispatched on or around the date shown on the product page (currently August 2026 for our first batch).
  • You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email hello@dreambrew.com with your order number.
  • If we can't ship by the date stated, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

The pre-order cancellation right is on top of your 14-day right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

6. Subscriptions

Some plans (Starter Stack, Dream Stack) are subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to:

  • Auto-renewal: your subscription continues until cancelled. You'll be charged the recurring price every 4 weeks (or at the frequency you select), at the price shown when you signed up.
  • Cancellation: pause, skip or cancel at any time from your DreamBrew account — see our Refund Policy.
  • Renewal reminders: we'll email you before each renewal so you're not surprised by the charge.
  • Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' advance email notice of any price increase. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

We may suspend or end a subscription if a payment fails repeatedly. We'll email you first.

7. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. For full shipping detail, see our Shipping Policy.

We'll send you a dispatch email with tracking when your order leaves us.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of contract conclusion unless we've agreed a longer time with you (e.g. pre-order). If we don't meet the agreed time, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.

Risk passes to you when the product is delivered to your address. Title passes when we've received payment in full.

8. Your right to cancel and return

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.

You can't return cans that have been opened or consumed.

9. Promotions, offers and free gifts

From time to time we run promotions that include discounts, bundles or free gifts. Each promotion has its own terms, which you can find on our Offer Terms page.

Free gifts have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and don't generate refund value if you return your order.

10. The DreamerFund

We allocate 10% of our net profit to the DreamerFund — a programme that backs founders chasing entrepreneurial dreams. The DreamerFund is not a registered charity; it's a profit-share programme operated by TEAM DREAM LIMITED (trading as DreamBrew).

Full mechanism, recipient stories and substantiation are on the DreamerFund page.

11. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Place fraudulent or speculative orders.
  • Resell our products without our written consent.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or access the site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

We may suspend or refuse service if you breach these.

12. Intellectual property

The DreamBrew name, logo, packaging design, website content (including text, images, code, fonts) and the DreamerFund concept are owned by TEAM DREAM LIMITED (trading as DreamBrew) or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing a photo of your can on social media).

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any liability that can't be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in relation to any product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

We won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

This clause doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example: supplier outages, transport strikes, severe weather, pandemics, government action. We'll keep you informed and offer alternatives where possible.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. For material changes to subscription terms, we'll email active subscribers at least 30 days before changes take effect.

The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force at the time you placed it.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

This doesn't take away your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence — you can also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.

18. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint:

  1. Email hello@dreambrew.com — we aim to respond within 5 business days.
  2. If we can't resolve it, UK customers can contact Citizens Advice consumer service.
