Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where, when and how TEAM DREAM LIMITED (trading as DreamBrew) ships DreamBrew orders. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.


1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the British Forces Post Office network where supported by our courier).

We don't ship outside the UK yet. If your delivery address is outside the UK, checkout will display "We don't ship to your location" and you won't be able to place the order.

We expect to add EU and US shipping later — drop your email on dreambrew.com to be told when those go live.


2. When we ship

DreamBrew is on pre-order. The first batch is scheduled to ship in August 2026.

  • When you pre-order, your card is charged today.
  • You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund — email hello@dreambrew.com with your order number.
  • If we can't ship by the date stated on the product page, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Once the first batch has shipped, subscription renewals and one-time orders dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment.


3. Delivery times after dispatch

Standard UK delivery 2–3 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Estimates aren't guaranteed — they reflect our courier's typical performance.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of contract conclusion unless we've agreed a longer time with you (e.g. pre-order, where the agreed dispatch date is shown at checkout). If we don't meet the agreed time, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.


4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your basket. Costs are shown before you pay — there are no hidden charges.


5. Tracking

When your order leaves us, we'll send you a dispatch email with a tracking link. You can also see your dispatch status under your DreamBrew account at dreambrew.com/account.


6. Missed deliveries, wrong address, returns to sender

  • If the courier can't deliver because nobody is home, they'll leave a card with collection / redelivery options.
  • If a parcel is returned to us undelivered (wrong address you supplied, repeatedly missed delivery, refused on doorstep), we'll contact you to arrange a re-send. A re-send fee may apply where the original delivery failure wasn't our fault.
  • Please double-check the delivery address before placing your order. We can update an address only if your order hasn't yet been packed.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or anything is missing, email hello@dreambrew.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll send a replacement or refund — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full detail.


8. Risk and title

Risk in your order passes to you when the product is delivered to your address. Title (ownership) passes when we've received payment in full.


9. Subscriptions

Subscription orders dispatch automatically at the frequency you choose at checkout. Each subscription delivery is treated as a separate order under this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.

You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your DreamBrew account — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the cancellation procedure.
